A comprehensive virtual assessment to understand your mental health history, current challenges, and goals. This session allows for accurate diagnosis and development of a personalized treatment plan.

Nonemergency Minor Episodic Illnesses (Any Visit) | $95

Covers brief assessment, diagnosis, and treatment plan for one nonemergency condition.

A visit covers one of the following:

  • Respiratory: Mild upper respiratory infection, sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, or sore throat.

  • Ears/Nose/Throat: Ear pain or otitis externa, mild congestion, or postnasal drip, dry cough.

  • Gastrointestinal/Stomach: Mild diarrhea, gas reflex/heartburn, or constipation.

  • Dermatologic (Skin): Nonemergency skin rashes of known cause, eczema flare up, acne, or fungal skin infection.

  • Neurologic: Mild headache or tension-type headache, note to head injury related.

  • Musculoskeletal: Minor sprain, strain, or back pain without trauma.

  • Genitourinary: Uncomplicated Urinary tract infection (UTI) or mild vaginal infection.

  • Cardiovascular: Palpitations or mild chest discomfort (non-emergent, anxiety-related).

  • Mental Health: Mild anxiety, low mood, stress, or sleep disturbance.

A non-urgent virtual visit focused on assessing and managing a recent flare-up or worsening of an existing chronic condition. The goal is to help stabilize symptoms, adjust treatment, and prevent further complications.
