Rooted in trauma-informed practice, cultural sensitivity, and person-focused care, we provide space for individuals from all walks of life to feel seen, supported, and empowered.

We offer two flexible pathways:

  • Comprehensive Intake & Psychotherapy – for clients new to therapy or without a diagnosis, including a full medical and psychiatric evaluation.

  • Ongoing Psychotherapy – for clients with a confirmed diagnosis seeking continued support or Psychotherapy re-initiation.
